Lesson 1 — What is a Perfect Progressive Tense?
A Perfect Progressive tense combines two ideas:
- Perfect: connects an action with a reference time.
- Progressive: shows that the action has been continuing.
Example: Ravi has been studying for two hours.

Lesson 3 — Present Perfect Progressive
Use it for an action that started in the past and is still continuing, especially when the duration is important.
For two hours = இரண்டு மணி நேரமாக; Since Monday = திங்கட்கிழமை முதல்.
Lesson 4 — Present Perfect Progressive: Negative & Questions
Ravi has not been sleeping well.
They have not been practising regularly.
Has Ravi been studying since morning?
Have they been waiting for long?
